The Global Outreach offering is the primary resource for church planting and new field evangelism worldwide in the International Pentecostal Holiness Church. The GO offering is used for several types of ministry efforts:
* Operation Antioch Grants
* Overseas and USA church planting
* Bible schools
* Special projects
* Promotion
The GO offering is a special emphasis world evangelism offering that has been in place for more than 30 years. GO provides needed funds to equip World Missions and EVUSA for ministry around the world. Operation Antioch grants enable IPHC missionaries to purchase property, erect buildings, and establish ministries throughout the world. One ministry selected for an Operation Antioch grant in 2006 was the Cape Town Aids Clinic in South Africa, a nation devastated by the AIDS epidemic. The clinic will be the first of its kind for the IPHC, and it will have a positive impact on the Vrygrond community – a shanty compound where Muslims already have a presence.
The Global Outreach offering literally reaches around the globe and changes eternal destinies! For us to reach the goal of a global harvest, a joint effort of all our churches and members is necessary. If each of our U.S. based members were to a give a Day’s Wage we could easily generate the needed funds for accomplishing ministry around the globe.
